Norilsk Nickel has purchased another 0.0025% of shares in the framework of buy-back

​The affiliate of Norilsk Nickel MMK – NN-Invest Ltd – in the framework of the buy-back has purchased another 4 thousand shares (0.0025%) having increased its stake to 0.7498% in the registered capital of Norilsk Nickel from 0.7473%.

NN-Invest is the final buyer of shares. On June 30th it signed an agreement according to which until the end of 2015 it undertakes to purchases the shares of Norilsk Nickel for the total amount not exceeding $500 mln at the Central Bank exchange rate at the moment of purchase.

Norilsk Nickel at the beginning of 2015 announced of a possible organization of the buy-back aiming for keeping the listing and growth of capitalization. It planned to spend its own and borrowed funds for the realization of the program and later settle all the purchased shares. Deutsche Bank was chosen as consultant. The major shareholders of MMK didn’t plan to participate in the buy-back.
