Gazpromneft Orenburg buys 99% of Yugra-Intek’s shares

Gazpromneft Orenburg is going to buy 99.99% of Ugra-Intek’s shares. The corresponding decision has already been approved by the Gazpromneft’s Board of Directors.

Ugra-Intek holds the license for the Kuvaysky field in the Orenburg region with area of ​​140 square km, which it acquired at auction in 2008 for 14.95 million rubles. Oil resources at the deposit are 2 million tons. Deep drilling and preparation of structures for drilling hasn’t been carried out at the site. Oil, gas and condensate pipelines are located in12-15 km from its borders
