In H1, net profit of EP KMG fell 72 times to 2.9 billion tenges

In the first six months, producing subsidiary of Kazakh national company KazMunayGas Exploration Production KazMunayGas (EP KMG) made the net profit in the amount of 2.9 billion tenges ($16 million) as compared with 210 billion tenges ($1.193 billion) in the same period of 2014, the press centre of the company reports.

Earlier it was reported that in the first six moonths of the year, EP KMG with the stakes in Kazgermunai (KGM), CCEL and PetroKazakhstan Inc. (PKI) produced 6.122 million tons of oil, which is by 0.3% more than in the same period of 2014.
