Tatneft to reconstruct Elkhovsk oil-processing plant

In 2013, Tatneft plans to continue works on the technical re-equipment of the industrial capacities at the Elkhovsk oil-processing plant (a part of Elkhovneft). The replacement of the diesel fuel hydrotreater section catalyzator and transfer to the production of diesel fuel of the 5th class are planned, the RCC reports, referring to Tatneft.
