Gazprom’s subsidiary wins auction on sale of 89.97% of MOEK’s shares

Gazprom’s subsidiary – Gazprom Energoholding – became the winner of Moscow Authority’s auction on sale of 89.97% of the Moscow United Energy Company (MOEK)’s shares; it offered 98.6 billion rubles and the lot was bought at the initial price.
