Taneco to double oil processing with the launch of the 2nd stage of the complex

Taneco (in the structure of Tatneft) will be able to process not less than 15.5 mln tons of oil a year after the launch of the 2nd stage, the President of Tatarstan, R. Minnikhanov, said. Now the first stage processes 8.5 mln tons.
If the 1st stage processes 8.5 mln tons, plus 6-7 mln tons, it will be not less than 15.5-16 mln tons, he said.
The CEO of Taneco, L. Alekhin, said that the 2nd stage of the complex will start working in 2018. The project presupposes a 10% growth of capacities after 2018.
The investment into the 2nd stage of Taneco will make up 196 bln roubles, Minnikhanov said.
