A breakthrough in the oil pipeline “Almetyevsk-Samara”

The Volga regional centre of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia reports that there happened oil spill from the main oil pipeline “Almetyevsk-Samara” with the pressure of 55 atmosphere near the settlement Alekseevka. There was no flame formation.
