Gazprom can offer to the foreign partners 49% in the project of Vladivostok LNG in Primorye if closing the contract for LNG purchase from the plant. Zolotoy Rog writes referring to the Chairman of Management Board of Gazprom V. Markelov says that the company negotiates with the Japanese and other potential partners that can participate in the project and with those who will realize the project on EPC basis.
