“Rosneft” & “ExxonMobil” signed contracts on a creation of the Arctic Research Center and technology sharing

The companies “Rosneft” and “ExxonMobil” have signed a final agreement on a creation of the Arctic scientific-engineering research centre of shelf developments (Arctic Research Centre) in Russia and the one on joint apply of the technologies in various regions worldwide.
The Arctic Research and Design Centre will render services to their joint companies in scientific research and engineering development field, with near-term focus on the Kara Sea.
