Sanctions against “Chernomorneftegas” come into force

Thirteen more people and two Crimean companies “Chernomorneftegas” and “Feodosiya” are also in the “black list” of the EU. The sanctions are enacted today.

Chernomorneftegas produces, transport and store oil and gas in the Crimea. It produced 1.65 billion cubic meters of gas in 2013. It met the demand of the peninsula by 82%. The company maps out to increase production up to 3 billion cubic meters by 2015, while the excessive stock (0.6-0.8 bln. cubic meters) might be directed for the development of thermal power. Oil production made up 76 thousand tons in 2013, Prime reports.  They are about to increase production up to 400-600 thousand tons and meet the demand for oil in full.
