In April, oil production in Russia decreased again
In April, production of oil and gas condensate decreased in Russia a little again to the lowest level for the past seven months, the RBK reports, referring to the Russian Ministry of Energy. According to the Ministry, in April of 2014 the production of oil and gas condensate made up 43.119 million tons (on the average, 1, 4373 million tons per day) against 44.647 million tons (1.4402 million tons per day) in March of the current year. Thus, the average daily volume of the oil production in Russia fell by 0.2 % in April and made up 10. 4923 million barrels against 10.5135 tmillion barrels in the previous month.
The April rate became the lowest performance since September of 2013, when the average daily oil and gas condensate production was 10.483 million barrels.
