DESFA’s stockholding purchased by SOCAR may decrease to 41%

The Greek mass-media report that the stockholding of the state gas distribution company DESFA that is to be purchased by SOCAR may decrease from 66% to 41%. Currently the European anti-monopoly authorities are considering the purchase on the condition that 17% of the 66% stockholding be sold to a third party from Europe. This will let decrease DESFA’s share, purchased by SOCAR to 49%.
