Kazakhstan to attract about 900 foreign specialists in 2014 for the reconstruction of Atyrau oil refinery

The Government of Kazakhstan has established a quota for the attraction of foreign work force in 2014 for the implementation of the Atyrau oil refinery reconstruction. It is said in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
According to the document, this year there will be attracted 889 foreign specialists for this project.
