In February 2014, Gazprom Neft successfully finished the testing of the second well at the Iraqi deposit of Badra. The company is the operator of the deposit's development. Three tests executed at the well resulted in obtaining of average daily debit of 10,000 barrels of oil, that meets the plan. The completion of testing at 2 wells will it enable to start commercial production at the deposit in the coming months. The first well was launched in December 2013. They continue drilling of the third well, and mobilize the drilling machines for the next 6 production wells within the contract with ZPEC closed in 2013.
