Evraz Holding company to present new developments of reinforcing bars

Currently Evraz  is mastering the production of reinforcing bars with strength of 600 MPa, which technological properties (weldability, ductility, heat resistance, etc.), as well as high performance properties (corrosion resistance, fire resistance, endurance, etc. ) are provided with a special chemical composition of the steel, O. Tsyba, head of the Evraz Holding company’s department of construction metal products development reported in interview, published in the latest issue of the Metallosnabzhenie i sbyt.

According to him, to date the Evraz Holding company has tested experimental batches of the product, but the development process continues. The company's mission is to make the new product comparable in price with the most of the existing mass reinforcement, and then consumers will have a concrete economic effect.
