Dean of the Faculty of World Economy and Policy of the Higher School of Economics, honorary chairman of the presidium of the council on Foreign and Defense Policy Sergei Karaganov told how to deal with challenges and what lessons Russia should learn from them.
Questions that were touched by Sergey Karaganov in his speech were in varying degrees consonant with theme of three co-contributors, who presented their vision to participants of the Gubernatorial readings.
Thus, general director of RN-Uvatneftegaz Eugeny Zadorozhny told about competitiveness of the Tyumen region in the mirror of the Rosneft’s Uvat project. In particular, he noted the relevance of the theme of Russia's competitiveness in the oil industry, especially in view of the technological breakthroughs that are happening on the west in segment of shale oil, the governor’s press centre reports.
