Bulgaria continues technical and expert development of South Stream project

Bulgaria continues technical and expert development of South Stream project, the Minister of Economy and Energy of Bulgaria D. Stoynev says. He claims that the project is principal for Bulgaria, and, suffering from some disturbances at the political level, the work is not stopped either at the technical or expert level. The mandate for execution of the negotiations on South Stream was transferred to the European Commission not only by Bulgaria, but by the other participants of the project as well.
