Oil production in Russia to go down in next 7 years

Oil production in Russia in the next 7 years may go down to the level of 2004, the president of the Union of Oil & Gas Producers of Russia, G.Shmal said in an interview to the “Russian gazeta”.
Oil production made up 518 million tons last year, it can go down to 420-450 million tons in 5-7 years,the expert says. It is much lower than an official forecast. According to Mineconomrazvitiya, oil production is to make up 513 million tons by 2020.
