Two times more oil to be supplied from Novoportovskoye field

Gazpromneft has started shipment of oil from the Novoportovskoye field. This year, roughly 20 thousand tons of raw material are planned to be supplied by winter roads that is two times more than last year.

The Novoportovskoye field is located in the north of the Yamal-Nenets autonomous district, far from developed infrastructure. The only way to deliver cargo to the Novoportovskoye field is to use winter roads. Currently the mobilization of the service drilling companies and delivery of materials and technique, which are necessary for completion of the main industrial facilities - central gathering station with capacity of 400 thousand tons of oil per year and an oil pipeline with length of over 100 km for transportation of crude oil to Kamenny cape on the coast of the Gulf of Ob
