LUKOIL terminates preparation for listing in Hong Kong

LUKOIL has stopped the preparation to the listing in Hong Kong, the head of the Russian largest private oil company V.Alekperov said.
“There is no agreement. We have terminated all the operations until it is legally completed,” he said.
The question is about the signing and ratification of the protocol on an accession to the memorandum IOSCO. Russian emitters can not hold a listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong without this document.
