Severstal, one of the largest vertically integrated steel and mining companies in the world, together with the National Research Technological University MISIS have won the competition for the right to receive a subsidy for 170 million rubles for the development of manufacturing technology of cold-resistant and corrosion rolled metal (Severkor) for the production of longitudinally welded oil and gas pipes.
