Zolotoy Polus obtains placer of Talanova river for 13million rubles

On December 30, Zolotoy Polus won the auction for geological exploration and production of placer gold on Talanova river in the Kemerovo region, offered 13.08 million rubles for the site at the initial price of 10.9 million.
According to general director of the cooperative Vladimir Pertsev, in 2015 Zolotoy Polus plans to produce 614 kg of gold in the Kemerovo region and about 200 kg in the Irkutsk one. In the short term, the cooperative plans to increase the production to 1 ton of gold per year, and in the long term – to 3 tons, local mass media reports.
