Steam meets gas half way.
"Inter RAO" and "Bashneft" agreed for a long time
Bashkir Generating Company (BGK), a member of the "Inter RAO", and "Bashneft" signed long-term contracts for the mutual supply of heat and associated petroleum gas (APG). Since the beginning of 2015 such contracts are concluded easier: the energy sector is now allowed to give the industry a discount on the tariff level on the steam and heat. But judging by the reaction of the companies, the main thing for them is not the price, but the guaranteed long-term consumption: it allows the generation not to be afraid of the steam consumers leaving, and the consumers - to avoid the cost on their own capacities.
