Rosneft buys 49% in Petrocas Energy

Rosneft has signed the documents connected with the purchase of 49% of Petrocas Energy Group, the owner of which is D. Yakobashvili, as well as with the foundation of a JV to work at the Transcaucasian territory, the company’s press service reports.

So Rosneft gas significantly expanded its presence in the framework of Transcaucasus, increased the geography of its activity and additionally diversified its supply routes, is reported.
