The company will direct 10% of its exports to Delhi.
"Rosneft", as "the Kommersant" predicted, agreed to supply oil to India, but the volume of the collateral contract was higher than expected - local Essar will buy 10 million tons within ten years. This is about one-tenth of the total exports of "Rosneft". At the same time Essar itself loans $ 1 billion from VTB on "infrastructure projects", but, according to "the Kommersant", it is not connected with the contract of "Rosneft", and the Russian state-owned companies have not yet agreed to join Indian partners in joint projects.
