The most likely Russian investor in Rosneft's bonds is "Surgutneftegaz", the experts say.

But it is unknown whether its shareholders have the desire to buy shares of the oil company.

"Rosneft" in the upcoming privatization of 19.5% of the company was working with both the external and internal investors, the president of "Rosneft" Igor Sechin stated: "The potential of the company is very large. We will not take into account the volatility of the market, we will take into account the fundamental value of the company"(quoted by "Interfax"). The Government had approved the level of the purchase price at about $ 8.12 per share, Sechin reminded, but it’s early to speak about the privatization ways.
