Starting from March the companies, associated with Russian billionaires Arkady Rotenberg and Gennady Timchenko, won government contracts with the aggregate value of not less than 309 billion roubles, Bloomberg reports citing documents from the site of public procurement, SPARK data and information from the company website.

This amount is 12% higher than the total income of these companies from public contracts for the entire 2013. In general, since March companies associated with Timchenko and Rothenberg received government contracts in excess of one fifth of the budget spending on state contracts in the first nine months of 2014, the agency states.
