Intergeo and Mercator Minerals to unite their assets

Intergeo (Onexim Group of Mikhail Prokhorov) and Mercator Minerals Ltd. will unite their assets and found a new independent producer of non-ferrous metals focused on copper, Onexim reports.
The assets of the united company include production enterprises and the objects to be developed in short- and middle-term prospect, i.e. Ak-Sug porphyry-copper deposit in Tuva (Intergeo), copper-molybdenum production complex Mineral Park in the USA and El Pilar project in Mexico (both Mercator).
