The chief of Rosneft, I. Sechin says that the attraction of funds from National Welfare Fund is not sensitive for his company. Rosneft is looking to raise 1.5 - 2 trillion rubles in National Welfare Fund.
‘The attraction of funds from National Welfare Fund is not either sensitive or dramatic for Rosneft. However, the defined financial limits exist that’s why Rosneft has appealed to the government. The budget efficiency of Rosneft for Russia is extremely high and, concerning that, we can participate in cooperation with the funds of National Welfare Fund.
