The first railway cars loaded with Russia fuel that have been sitting idle since April in Kazakhstan have started reaching Kyrgyzstan, the Kyrgyzstan oil traders association reports.
They were arrested in April in Kazakhstan, over 420 railway cars with Rosneft’s oil products meant for the Kyrgyz oil traders. The reason was allegedly the improper execution of documents. The point was settled at the private meeting of the presidents of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan last week.
Today they have received Kyrgyzstan 41 railway cars.
