CNPC to receive a seat in Vankorneft’s Board

CNPC will get them a seat on Vankorneft’s Board of Directors. This information was reported by the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin.
"We were able to sign the document with our Chinese partners, which will allow CNPC to enter into capital of our Vankor project. They will get a seat in the Board of DIrectors, and they will be able to obtain an appropriate share of the profits,"- he noted.
