In the first nine months, adjusted EBITDA of UC Rusal fell by 20.7%

In the first nine months of 2013, the Russian aluminium company UC Rusal decreased its adjusted EBITDA under IAS by 20.7% as compared with the same period of the last year, the company’s press center officially reports.

Thus, this rate reduced from $694 million to $550 million. In the same period, the company’s proceeds decreased by 7.6% from $8.267 billion to $7.635 billion. In January-September of 2013, the net loss made up $611 million – so, the rate grew 5.2 times roughly. Let’s recall, in January-September of 2012, thenet loss of UC Rusal was only $117 million.
