The Board of Directors of Rosneft approves the loan from RN Holding at the amount of 38 billion RUR

The total amount of the loan in the framework of the previous decisions will increase to 65 billion RUR and taking into account the accrued interest – to 83.577 billion RUR.
Besides, Rosneft wants to attract the loan from RN-Aero at the amount of 500 million RUR, here the amount of the credit will increase to 1.1 billion RUR and taking into account the accrued interest – to 1.485 billion RUR.
