Mechel’s debt to Sberbank to be discussed in Moscow Arbitration Court on November, 30

The Moscow Arbitration Court has appointed preliminary hearing on the suit of Sberbank against Mechel’s coal company Yuzhny Kuzbass on November 30. The amount of the claims is $224 million, the suit by Sberbank was received on October 6.
