Rospan starts the development of the Achimovsky deposits

CJSC “Rospan International”, an affiliate of OJSC “Oil company “Rosneft”, has started the development of a new reservoir of the Achimovsky deposits in Novy Urengoy. It is said in a statement of the company.
The proven commercial resources of the reservoir with complex geological construction (depth of formation is over 3700 meters and high pressure of 600 atmosphere) make up about 60 billion cubic meters of gas condensate mixture. To develop such difficult-to-recover resources “Rospan International” applies special services and unique technologies, such as casing drilling, log while drilling and the strengthening of the casing pipe with foam cement.
