Rosneft’s lawsuit on access to Sakhalin-2’s gas pipeline postponed until October, 13

The Commercial Court of the Sakhalin region has postponed consideration of the Rosneft’s claim to operator of Sakhalin-2, the company Sakhalin Energy, on access to a gas pipeline, owned by the project, until October 13th, the court reported on Friday.

The petition of Sakhalin Energy to postpone the consideration of the claim was granted due to the fact that the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation considers almost a similar case on the appeal of Rosneft.
