FAS suspects Lukoil’s subsidiary of overpricing of gas

The Perm Department of the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service has initiated 2 cases on signs of the abuse of a dominant market position in relation to Lukoil-Permneftegazpererabotka and Synthes-N.
The reason for the initiation of the proceedings became the complaint of the Krasnovishersky district’s administration, with which Synthes-N terminated the contract for the supply of LPG, referred to unprofitability because of the increase of the selling price by Lukoil-Permneftegazpererabotka.
