The site for construction of the second LNG plant at Sakhalin will be chosen before the end of the year, the Governor A. Khoroshavin claims. The decision about construction of a new LNG plant was admitted in July 2013. It’s meant for 2 lines with capacity of 5 million tons each. The first one is fully contracted. To accomplish the given promises, the LNG plant should be finished by 2018-2019.
