RUSAL to stop YGRK for further modernization

RUSAL will temporary stop YGRK (Yaroslavl mining company) to conduct modernization of the enterprise due to exhaustion of the main funds and low quality of ore. The complex modernization will make it possible for YGRK to produce competitive products.
