Y.Trutnev about an access of private companies to the shelf

Vice-premier, RF Presidential Envoy in the Far Eastern Federal area Y.Trutnev says it is not good time to permit access to the shelf for private companies. He stated in an interview to Forbes.
“I think an access of Russian private companies to the shelf could make the process of exploration more active and stimulate the development of the sector, related to the production of equipment for hydrocarbon development, production and transportation.
