South Stream not to be laid without the EU permission. Bulgaria is about to hold consultation with the EU Commission

Bulgaria will not resume cooperation on “South Stream” construction without the permission of the EU, RIA Novosti reports. The authorities of the country announced their intention to conduct consultations with the EU Commission.
