The transaction on the sales of Lukoil-Ukraine will be closed after the agreement by the Ukrainian authorities.
The Russian Lukoil and the Austrian AMIC Energy Management GmbH (AMIC) have closed the contract about the sales of 100% in Lukoil-Ukraine to the Austrian side. Lukoil-Ukraine owns 240 petrol stations and 6 oil bases in the Ukraine. Lukoil and AMIC met agreement on the transaction on July 31.
The negotiations were held under the initiative of the Austrian side interested in purchase of the assets. Now the sides cooperate with the procedure of the appropriate inspection of the assets and prepare to closure of the sales contract.
