Shell not to rule out cooperation on LNG projects with other Russian companies in addition to Gazprom

The British and Dutch concern Royal Dutch Shell doesn’t rule out possibility to cooperate on LNG projects with other Russian companies besides Gazprom, the concern’s Head, Peter Voser stated in an interview with Kommersant.

“There are other Russian companies besides Gazprom that plan projects in the LNG field. On its part Shell will study and estimate such projects. And therefrom the company will make decisions with which company to take part in LNG projects and what company would be able to invite us into such projects in Russia,” – Voser said. But he noted that Gazprom was the preferred partner for Shell.
