The draft law about liberalization of LNG export to be introduced to the government soon

The Ministry of Energy will introduce the draft law about liberalization of LNG export to the government soon, the vice-PM Arkady Dvorkovich said on Friday. As he has reported, all the coordination is completed.
Dvorkovich emphasized, the model in which a license is needed for export would still exist. “This must be done anyway. Though, the licenses can be provided not only to Gazprom but to other companies”, he said.
