A1, an investment duvision of Alfa Group, gained control of 50% in Cyprus APG Polyplastic, which owns 96.5% in LLC "Group "Polyplastic" (the holding company of the eponymous group), Russia's largest manufacturer of plastic pipes and engineering plastics, according to A1 reports.
According to the report, the investment company A1 plans jointly with other shareholders and management of Polyplastic improve the efficiency and transparency of the Group's operations and corporate governance leading it to international standards.
