ChEMK to buy ferroalloy plant in the Sverdlovsk region

~~The Federal Antimonopoly Service has permitted the Chelyabinsk electrometallurgical plant (ChEMK) to buy Serov plant ferroalloys.
Today 99.61% of Serov plant of ferroalloys’ shares belong to Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC, Kazakhstan). ChEMK negotiated on the purchase of the ferroalloy enterprise from the previous year.
According to some information, the deal may cost the Chelyabinsk electrometallurgical plant 12 billion rubles, but due to purchase of this plant the share of ChEMK on the ferroalloy market will increase to 90%. However, the final value of the plant will be determined by results of the audit assessment.
