Tomskneftekhim, part of SIBUR, planned to complete the modernization of the production of polymers in the summer of 2016, the chairman of the board of "SIBUR" Dmitriy Konov told reporters.
The cost of modernization, which began in 2014, will amount to 8 billion roubles.
