Gazprom has admitted the agreement on Nortgaz with Novatek and Gazprom Neft

The Board of Directors of Gazprom has approved the agreement on Nortgaz CJSC with Novatek JSC and Gazprom Neft JSC. Execution of the agreements between Gazprom, Novatek and Gazprom Neft is connected with the purchase by Novatek of the stocks in Nortgaz belonging to R.E.D.I. Holdings (Cyprus) Limited. They also defined the clauses of the corporative governance over Nortgaz from the start of transfer of the rights for the company to Novatek and the clauses of the commercial agreements necessary for production activity of Nortgaz.
