Andrei Shishkin: Russia shouldn’t abandon the development of Arctic shelf

Russia must not abandon the development of the Arctic shelf. This was announced by vice-president of Rosneft Andrei Shishkin on the margins of the National Oil and Gas Forum in Moscow.
"We can’t give up the work on the shelf because of the short-term economic situation, connected with the fall in oil prices, - said Shishkin. - By the time the development will start there, the oil price will rise".
