Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline is advantageous for oil transporting, a top-level representative of SOCAR claims. The advantage is the fact that SOCAR is one of the most active participants at the Black Sea market; the company dispatches oil from Novorossiysk and Supsa. In his opinion, lack in the quality bank and barrel measuring system are not the reason for economy non-reasonability of oil transporting in the northern direction. Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline is advantageous for SOCAR, but less than other directions.
